Editable Swiss Word layout for the invoice body, plus guidance on the DIN A6 QR payment slip.
Since October 2022, traditional orange/red payment slips (ESR) have been replaced by the Swiss QR-Rechnung. Download a free Swiss Word (.docx) template for the invoice body below. A valid QR payment slip needs structured payment data from a dedicated QR-bill tool; it cannot be reliably embedded in a static Word file.

Swiss QR-bill (payment slip)
Swiss invoices that request bank payment usually need a compliant QR-Rechnung payment slip. This Word template covers the invoice body only. Generate the QR payment part with a dedicated QR-bill tool. When payments clear, KontoMatch helps match them to your bank statements for bookkeeping.
This preview is a sample guide for layout only, not a finished invoice. Download the Word file, replace every placeholder with your own details, set the correct tax treatment and totals yourself, then export a PDF before you send it.
A valid QR-Bill must follow SIX Group guidelines precisely: The Swiss flag (cross) must sit in the center of the QR code, the slip must measure exactly 105 x 148 mm (DIN A6) at the bottom, and only Arial, Helvetica, Frutiger, or Liberation Sans are allowed.
Additionally, Swiss invoices require Rappenrundung (5-cent rounding): all CHF totals must round to the nearest 0.05. A total of CHF 150.32 rounds to 150.30, while 150.33 rounds to 150.35.
Match payments after the QR-bill clears
A static Word file cannot embed a valid dynamic Swiss QR payment slip. Use a dedicated QR-bill tool for that part. When client payments hit your account, KontoMatch matches them to your bank statements for bookkeeping.
